THIS WORKER IS BEING SOUGHT AS A SYSTEMS ANALYST WITH expertise in written and verbal communications and experience with writing systems lifecycle documentation for large projects. At least 5 years as a senior business analyst developing business and functional requirements. Siebel Business Analyst Certification is Preferred. Experience working directly with business leaders. Experience matching Siebel CRM capabilities to business requirements. Demonstrated expertise across the Siebel CRM platform and understanding of business implementation best practices and ways to reduce TCO. Serves as the liaison between the Siebel technology team and the business end-users. Formulates Business Requirement and performs Gap Analysis with Out Of The Box (OOTB) Siebel Application. Conducting Business Process Workshops (For Requirement clarifications). Demo of the OOTB Siebel functionality to Business. Create Data Flow/System Flow and Business Process diagrams. Preparing Business Process Workflows. Scope/De-scope requirements based on the timeline available. Create Technical and Functional specifications to design Siebel software applications and interface with existing legacy applications. Assist the Team with Logical Modeling of Entities. Create and Review Test Cases for System Integration Testing and Performance testing. Conducting SIT, Analyze test runs and compile documentation. Work with Project Management team in Identifying the Change Request and communicating the same to Business for approval. Facilitate user acceptance testing by the business. Participate in the development of training programs.
AT MINIMUM WAGES ATLEAST US$ 85,000 PER YEAR ARE BEING OFFERED TO THIS WORKER. THE INTENDED PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT FOR WHICH THIS WORKER IS SOUGHT IS FROM 08/04/2009 TO 08/17/2012. THE EMPLOYMENT WILL OCCUR AT Danbury, CT.
