To keep pace with technologies and their impact on how business is conducted, Birlasoft has a dedicated Centers of Excellence (COE) on various IBM technologies.

Birlasoft is a winner of Best Solution Award in India by IBM.
The IBM Center of Excellence is primarily focused on implementing the most optimal technologies, architectures, and frameworks to provide best-of-breed solutions and services to IBM customers. Several Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are aligned to each customer engagement from the COE and are continually trained in the latest technology and practices. This ensures Birlasoft provides the best technical solutions to the challenging, complex, and evolving business needs of our customers. The COE also focuses on sharing best practices and creating reusable components that can be leveraged across different engagements. Birlasoft provides solutions using the following four IBM technologies.

Visualize, Control, Automate

Birlasoft delivers IBM Service Management solution for IT and Enterprise assets. Birlasoft’s IT Asset and Service Management solution will help companies design and enable processes using IBM technologies to improve the performance of their IT Infrastructure and Application Development & Maintenance. The Enterprise Asset and Service Management solution will help companies improve the performance of critical assets.

Automate, Integrate, Govern

Birlasoft deliver’s an integrated quality, requirements, governance and lifecycle management solution. Birlasoft’s process based Integrated Application Development solution will help companies build a flexible framework using Rational Unified Processes for establishing an iterative business process for software and systems delivery. Application Quality Assurance & Testing services will help companies leverage the best of IBM technologies and Birlasoft’s onsite-offshore services.
