Our Customers
Birlasoft’s J2EE COE has executed several projects for both large and mid-sized customers including GE Commercial Finance, GE Consumer Finance, GE Power Systems, Caterpillar Financial, NBC Universal, QPR, KVH Telecom, Instant System, Knowledge Network and Sage Software.
Processes
Birlasoft’s COE prides itself on using industry-standard and proven project execution methodologies and processes. We focus primarily on using RUP to address the evolving needs of our customers. We align RUP along with our QMS (quality management system) processes and project tracking via Mercury IT Governance Center (formerly Kintana) to offer our customers complete transparency and visibility while the project is being executed. This enables better project control and minimizes risks to avoid last minute surprises.
The J2EE COE also adopts customer processes, if so desired, to effectively address specific project execution needs.
