According to a report by The World Economic Forum, India is home to a fifth of the world's youth. Half of its population of 1.3 billion is below the age of 25, and a quarter is below the age of 14, making the young population a valuable resource for the country's development. And, this will only be possible when we have well nurtured and educated children with full opportunities for growth in an all-encompassing and secure environment which means ensuring their development, providing them care and protection through programmes. It is also important to make a child aware about his/her rights and facilitate learning, extending institutional and infrastructural support for enabling them to grow and develop to their full potential.

Employability Skills Training Program for Scholarship Students | December 2021
In December 2021, life skill training sessions were held for scholarship-conferred girls, in collaboration with the Smile Foundation.
The sessions focused on self-exploration and self-reflection exercises, followed by skill development segments on teamwork and communication.
These sessions helped young scholars in identifying their strengths, taking up challenges, and acknowledging their support system. Such sessions will assist them in developing holistically, and springboard them towards a better future.
