Priti Kataria is a seasoned leader with over 26 years of experience in the IT industry. As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), she is responsible for developing and executing a human resource strategy that aligns with the company's overall business plan. She is dedicated to cultivating a high-performance culture, strengthening the employer brand, and driving an agile, people-centric organization at Birlasoft. Additionally, she is a passionate advocate for Inclusion & Diversity.  She has a strong business focus and expertise in leading HR initiatives for a global workforce, driving collaboration and impact in complex, matrixed organizations.

Prior to Birlasoft, she served as Senior Vice President & CHRO – Wipro Enterprise Futuring (WEF), where she spearheaded large-scale HR transformations, talent strategy, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives.

She is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from IIM Indore and holds a Postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
Outside of her professional life, Priti is an avid reader and has a strong passion for traveling.
