Revolo bags its third award this year, recognized as the Best Electronic Product of the Year
Bangalore, Pune (India), February 22, 2011:KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd (BSE: 532400; NSE: KPIT), a global IT consulting and product engineering partner to manufacturing corporations, scored a hat-trick by winning the Indian Semiconductor Association's (ISA's) coveted Technovation Award for Best Electronic Product of the Year 2011 in the special category. This award was presented to KPIT Cummins for its revolutionary plug-in parallel hybrid solution REVOLO.
REVOLO designed and frugally engineered by KPIT Cummins, has been consistently delivering results of 35%+ increase in fuel efficiency and 30%+ reduction in Green House Gas (GHG) emissions, across tests conducted by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) and in multiple city driving tests. This solution will be available both as a retrofit as well as an OEMi integrated solution
