Arun will oversee Human Resources (HR) and Talent Management and develop strategic initiatives for growth and development. Arun has managed large scale operations and is experienced in leading growth initiatives. His appointment is a significant step towards leadership expansion within the organization.
As a passionate and authentic leader, Arun's experience spans across multiple Human Capital Management functions. Arun brings extensive experience of over 28 years, having worked in several global multinational IT services companies, both in India and overseas. In his most recent role, Arun was with DXC Technology India, where was leading the HR function and was responsible for aligning the people function to business objectives; specifically driving multiple post-merger integration efforts.
Prior to DXC, Arun was with Deloitte US Offices of India. He was responsible for HR for multiple business lines, served as the regional Chief Learning Officer and was responsible for driving key leadership development initiatives. Arun has also worked with companies such as Satyam Computers Ltd. and AppLabs Technologies. He is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur (India), and University of Delhi, India.
