#WomenEmpowered Stories capture the heartfelt stories of underprivileged girls who faced challenges of life with their heads held high and paved the way for themselves. e-vidya Community Program by Birlasoft guided these girls in building a successful career for themselves.
The learning experience from the online learning platform was amazing, I learnt about Marketing, Client Interaction, Communication, CIBIL, SPANCO, Sales Closures, etc. The training has also helped me understand workplace etiquette and boosted my confidence.
After completing the four months training program, I got an opportunity to work as an Insurance Executive in a well reputed organization. I will continue to look for better opportunities and would like to thank the Smile Foundation, and Birlasoft for giving me the necessary exposure and empowering me with the right skills.
