Birlasoft Solution
Birlasoft proposed Infrastructure move from the Hosted DC to Public Cloud (GCP) for High Availability. Cloud Operations on GCP is done using Birlasoft Sigma platform deploying IT Operations Management and IT Services Management modules. The backup clients were migrated to a new solution – GCP Native backup solution with Click Recovery.
