Business Challenges
The customer was keen to Carve Out the infrastructure of the divested entity in a timely manner, build complete Enterprise DC for the new company along with required Security solutions for Hybrid cloud, migrate all on premise business-critical applications to cloud, ensure data integrity during segregation, set up infrastructure with least CAPEX investments and ensure HA & DR for business-critical applications.
Birlasoft Solution
The Birlasoft solution entailed setting up landing zone on Azure cloud, Lift & Shift of the On Prem instances from parent to Azure, Configuration of all applications on Azure & migration of the data, Implementation of Birlasoft Sigma tools platform covering IT Operation Management, IT Services Management and Cloud Management Platform.
The solution also covered migration of O365 from Source tenant to new tenant using multiple Industry standard tools, deployment of multiple Security tools: and Cisco SD WAN integration for On-premises connectivity. Birlasoft migration framework and SAP migration methodology was combined to ensure seamless migration and cutovers.
